Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Declarable (the "service"), provided by Agentic Atlas Ltd, 38 Fitzwilliam Street Upper, Dublin, D02 KV05, Ireland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
You upload shipment documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists and product specifications. The service reads them, proposes a ten-digit TARIC code for each invoice line, and shows the duties, measures and document codes that apply on the shipment's arrival date, using tariff data published by the European Commission.
Classifications are suggestions, not binding tariff information. They are prepared by software, including AI models, and can be wrong or incomplete. You, or the customs representative acting for you, remain responsible for every customs declaration, for checking each classification before it is used, and for any duties, taxes, penalties or delays that follow. Where certainty is needed, apply to your customs authority for a Binding Tariff Information decision.
2. Who may use it
The service is for businesses, such as importers, exporters and customs brokers, and not for consumers. You must be able to bind the business you sign up for. You are responsible for your account, for keeping its password safe, and for everything done with it.
3. Plans and payment
- The service is sold as monthly plans. Each plan includes a number of shipments per billing period, shown on the billing page with its price before you subscribe. Shipments that are not used do not carry over to the next period. Re-reading or retrying a shipment you have already sent does not use another one.
- Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies, based on your business address and VAT number, or reverse-charged where the law allows.
- Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe. Plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and new uploads stop until you subscribe again.
- You can change plan or cancel at any time from the billing page. A change of plan takes effect at once, with the difference for the rest of the period added to or credited on your next invoice. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices or plans. Changes to your plan take effect from your next billing period, and we will tell you at least 30 days before.
4. Your documents
You keep all rights in the documents and data you upload. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service to you, including by sending them to the providers listed in our privacy notice. You confirm that you have the right to upload them. We do not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not share them with anyone except as described in the privacy notice. Product descriptions and codes you save to your product catalogue are yours, and are only used for your own shipments.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to evade customs controls, duties or sanctions, to upload malicious files, to try to get around plan limits or security, or to resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that does any of these.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and the tariff data current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or updated on any particular day. We may change, add or remove features.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for duties, taxes, penalties, storage or demurrage charges, delays, or loss of profit, business or data, nor for any indirect or consequential loss;
- our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in those twelve months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time, and ask us to close your account by email. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or end the service with at least 30 days' notice; if we end it, we will refund any part of a paid period that is left. Sections 1, 4 and 7 continue to apply after your account is closed.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If a translation of these terms differs from the English version, the English version applies. Questions: eamonn@agenticatlas.com.
