The supplier's datasheet says platinum-cured silicone rubber. As plastics it's 3924 10 00 at 6.5%; as vulcanised rubber, 4016 99 97 at 2.5%. €48 of duty on this line rides on it.
The invoice doesn't say whether the pans are cast or pressed, which decides the subheading. The supplier's page for FP-28, matched on item code, size and seller, says die-cast aluminium. Same 6% duty either way.
The bill of lading only says “Kitchenware”. Revenue expects goods described well enough to check their codes, so the draft uses the invoice lines instead: Stainless steel saucepans; aluminium frying pans; silicone spatulas
